Spanish Training Experience

Spend your summer (or longer time,) working in Spain to self-finance your stay, and enjoy the spanish culture and way of life!

Spanish Teacher´s “Spanish Training Experience” offers international students.
an opportunity to work in the spanish hospitality and catering industry for periods of minimum 12 weeks ( during high season, applications for 8 or 10 weeks are accepted, on a request basis).

The programme is only available to EU citizens.

The positions available could be in hotels, restaurants, bars, amusement parks shops, etc. Wages will depend on the type of employment, but the minimum wage is guaranteed. In the summertime you can expect to work 40 hours per week.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be aged over 18 years old (some positions could have limited age)

  • Be a EU citizen

  • Have an intermediate level of Spanish (test should be made)

Processing & Documentation

Please apply no later than one month before your anticipated date of departure by completing the application form, and then posting it us with the following documents:

  • Signed programme application form (we’ll email this to you)

  • Signed programme terms and conditions (we’ll email this to you)

  • Up to date copy of CV (in Spanish if possible)

  • Presentation Letter – to the potential employer, explaining reasons to participate in the programme, experience, etc

  • 1 passport size photo (or emailed as jpg)

  • 1 full length photo (or emailed as jpg)

  • Copy of your passport

  • At least one employer reference letter

  • Copies of titles, certificates or diplomas regarding your education (spanish, english or french)

  • Medical Certificate

  • We also recommend taking private travel insurance to cover health and belongings

Programme Fees

The programme fee is 450 euros.

We request a 100 euros enrolment fee, deducted from the total price to begin to process your documentation.
